Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Day for international flight to Marrakech. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free to visit this spectacular city. Mosques, palaces, museums and souks are some of the places to see in Marrakech, declared a World Heritage Site.


Day 2: Oukaimeden - Ouaneskra

Soon in the morning, departure by minibus to the heart of the Atlas, 78 kms, to Oukaimeden (ski station) at an altitude of 2,600 mts. We meet our team of muleteers and cook. Visit of cave engravings dating back 2,000 years. After lunch we start the ascent to Col Eddi (2,900 meters), which we reached in 1 hour and a half. We will enjoy a beautiful view on the summit of Angour (3,600 mts.) And Akswal (2,912 mts.). Then we have a long descent to the beautiful town of Ouaneskra (2,200 meters). Accommodation.

Day 3: Ouaneskra - Imiourghlad

We will cross the Imenane Valley through the villages of Tamguist and Ikkis. We will continue towards the village of Amsakrou. We will eat in Arg. After lunch we will head towards the Arg pass (1,780 mts.). Descent towards the valley of Aït Misane until Imi Ourghlad (1,400 mts.). Accommodation.
Duration of the march: 6 hours approximately.


Day 4: Imiourghlad - Tizi Oussem

Early departure and tour the town, fill our canteens and the road begins to climb progressively through a forest of red gin, thurifera and fir. Finally we will arrive at the Tacht pass (2,100 mts.) 30 minutes from the pass, a fountain and a shelter sheltered from the rocks. After lunch, descend for an hour and a half to the town of Tiziane (1,800 meters). Accommodation.

Day 5: Tizi Oussem - M'zik

Breakfast. The path climbs through the hamlets. First of all we will go up towards the valley, towards the Azib Tamsoult from where we can visit the waterfall of Irhoulidene, where if it is hot we can refresh ourselves. We will return by the same road, to go towards the hill of M'zik (2,500 mts.). Descent to Aberdoun (source) (2,200 meters), where we will take the food. We will continue until the Imlil-Aremd bifurcation. Arrival at Mzik. Dinner and accommodation in hostel.
Duration of the march: 5 hours approximately.


Day 6: M'Zik - Refuge Neltner or Mouflon

Ascent to the Neltner refuge (3.207 mts.) Passing through the "marabout of Sidi Chamarouch", a saint venerated and frequented by pilgrims with spiritual evils, also called the Sultan of the devil. Continuation to the refuge by a path that climbs regularly. Dinner and accommodation in refuge.
Duration of the march: 6 hours approximately.


Day 7: Ascent to Toubkal - M'Zik

Summit day at the Atlas roof! The path skirts the ascent paddle. It has a steep slope for the first 200 meters, and then softens. From 3,700 m to 3,850 m, it becomes steep again until it reaches a hill. Continue to our left until reaching the summit of West Toubkal. Then we return to the hill and continue along an edge to the summit of Toubkal, which at 4.167 m is the roof of the Atlas. From here we will enjoy magnificent views of the Antiatlas to the south and the Siroua massif, as well as the Imlil valley. A descent of about 3 hours will take us back to the refuge. After a rest we continue with our descent to Mzik. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 8: M'Zik - Marrakech airport

Breakfast and transfer to Marrakech airport. End of our services.
